A new pattern
for plastic
Ghana generates more than 1 million tonnes of plastic waste each year. Much of it is burned, dumped, or washed into waterways. At the same time, the backbone of Ghana's recycling system — plastic collectors who recover recyclable materials from our streets and gutters — often work without protection, health insurance, or fair pay.
Plastoss exists to change both problems at once.
We turn plastic waste into opportunity by supporting collectors, educating students, and building a local recycling economy that benefits both people and the environment.

Dignity first
The people doing the work are the heart of it. Fair pay, real protection, full respect.
Circular by design
Bottles in, raw material out — sorted, baled, and sold to processors who turn it into something built to last. Nothing goes back to the dump if we can help it.
Open partnerships
We work with schools, collectors, and processors — and we're building toward funders and partners who believe the problem is too big for any one of us to solve alone.
